21st Century Educators Ltd. ™ uses contact form plugins for registration for newsletter or podcast recordings. The information in the forms is captured when someone submits a contact form, and it will be kept until a request for removal is received, but no longer than 6 months. All expired forms will be removed or deleted after 3 months of inactivity. We keep contact form submissions for a maximum of 6 months for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we store the personal information (full names and email addresses) they provide in their user profile.
